Position: Executive Chef job

About: The Executive Chef position is responsible for managing all food and beverage outlets within the park(s) in alignment with KBF and Six Flags Goals and Expectations of Quality. The role involves overseeing kitchen operations, supervising cooks, coordinating special events, monitoring food and labor costs, and ensuring safety, sanitation, and quality assurance.

Requirements: Associate’s degree or vocational/technical school with emphasis in Culinary Arts/Food & Beverage preferred; ServSafe manager and ServSafe alcohol certifications preferred; 8-10 years of experience as an Executive Chef preferred; 5+ years of leadership/management experience with a large group; ability to work without direct supervision; proficient in computer skills and software programs like Microsoft Word and Excel; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
