Position: Executive Chef job
About: Sage Hospitality Group is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee the culinary operations for the Denver Milk Market, an all-local mix of take-away and dine-in restaurants and bars at the historic Dairy Block in LoDo Denver. The focus is on creating a vibrant gathering place for locals and visitors to enjoy the best of the local food scene and community connections.
Requirements: More than two years of post high school education; five to ten years of related work experience; advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices; strong oral and written communication skills; moderate hearing, excellent vision, speech communication, comprehension, and literacy; physical ability to lift objects, carry items, kneel, stand, and work in varied temperatures; ACDE flexibility
