Position: Executive Chef job
About: Valley Hospitality is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee quality control, supply management, kitchen operations, and consistency in our high-volume restaurant.
Requirements: 10+ years of progressive kitchen experience in a high-volume restaurant; Culinary school degree preferred; Strong leadership and communication skills; Positive attitude and team player; Flexible availability for AM and PM schedules; High school diploma or GED required; Excellent understanding of professional cooking; Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures; Previous banquet experience with at least 1 million a year; Fine dining experience and management preferred; Ability to work well under pressure; Strong communication and problem-solving skills; Ability to work in a team environment; Pass background check and drug screen; Above average knife skills; Ability to troubleshoot recipes/menu items effectively
