Position: Executive Chef job
About: Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all culinary production, ensuring high standards of taste, presentation, nutrition, and safety. This role involves recipe development, menu planning, and managing catering and production staff to deliver quality food production for patients, retail operations, and catering services in collaboration with leadership and dietitians.
Requirements: Bachelor’s culinary degree or equivalent experience; five years of culinary management experience with at least two years of direct employee supervision in a multi-unit food service operation; ServSafe certification or equivalent; ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment; skill in operating a personal computer; ability to work collaboratively with others; ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines; effective communication skills
