Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years of culinary management experience, responsibility for menu rollouts, and implementation of kitchen systems; reputation as a leader, motivator, and manager; strong understanding of restaurant systems; live within reasonable driving distance to one of the current restaurants
