About: Be Creative with Creative Dining Services is seeking an Executive Chef to lead their dining services team in Southfield, MI. This role involves overseeing breakfast and lunch services for the employee café and supervising multiple micro-markets with a Monday-Friday schedule and potential for night and weekend catering.
Requirements: Culinary Arts Degree with at least five years of cooking experience required; at least five years of management experience; ServSafe certification; Director/top-of-account experience; experience using Microsoft Office Programs; experience performing administrative duties; proven track record in culinary excellence; strong client management skills; team-oriented leadership style; creativity and innovation in culinary practices
