Position: Executive Chef job
About: Bowlero Corp is seeking an Executive Chef to join their team and lead the culinary efforts in their exciting and innovative restaurant concept. The Executive Chef will be responsible for upholding the company’s Food & Beverage program standards, managing kitchen operations efficiently, and ensuring the delivery of nationally recognized menus.
Requirements: Bachelors or culinary degree preferred; 5+ years of Kitchen Management/Chef Experience; Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue required; Extensive experience in banquet style events; Experience managing and developing teams required; Current ServSafe certification is required; ServSafe instructor certification or ability to be certified is preferred
