The establishment, often referred to as ‘the winemaker’s restaurant,’ invites guests to be transported to the greatest wine regions worldwide with tailored pours and pairings.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years of culinary management experience including responsibility for menu rollouts and implementation of kitchen systems; reputation as a leader, motivator, and manager; ability to learn quickly and collaborate with others; strong understanding of restaurant systems; high level of personal motivation/ambition, enthusiasm, and energy; live within reasonable driving distance to one of our current restaurants
