Position: Executive Chef job
About: We are in search of a talented and experienced Executive Off-Premise Catering Chef. The ideal candidate will have a background in fast-paced off premise catering commissary, be adept at inventory management, handle culinary financials, ensure timely food production, collaborate with an Event Sales Team, and coordinate with the expedite/delivery team. Additionally, they should have knowledge of safety and sanitation codes, possess strong management skills, be open to continuous process improvements, have a friendly demeanor, aim for business growth, and be familiar with kitchen Spanish.
