Position: Executive Chef job
About: Dream Nashville is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee and direct the food service operations on the property, promoting interactive leadership within the culinary departments and ensuring operational standards are met. The Executive Chef will manage spending, waste, inventory, and financial aspects of the culinary operation, while maintaining Health, Safety, and Food Safety Standards in line with company policies.
Requirements: College degree preferred; minimum 4 years’ experience as Executive Sous Chef or Chef; effective and clear communicator; expert skills in planning, designing, and preparing meals; proficiency in using Microsoft Suite for inventory tracking and recipe records; excellent time management and organizational skills; proven leadership and creative abilities; expert problem solver; high volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years; passion for mentoring and developing others; proven track record in achieving financial results; guest-oriented with honesty and integrity
