Requirements: A.S. or equivalent experience; three to five years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience; comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends; experienced with computers; extensive catering experience a plus; high volume, complex foodservice operations experience highly desirable; ServSafe certified highly desirable
