Position: EXECUTIVE CHEF II – K12 FOOD SERVICE – CHAPEL HILL, NC
About: Chartwells K12, a member of Compass Group USA, is seeking an Executive Chef II for their K-12 food service operations in Chapel Hill, NC. With a goal to provide students with enjoyable and nutritious meals, Chartwells K12 operates in various school settings, employing culinary, nutrition, and sustainability experts.
Requirements: A.S. or equivalent experience; minimum of three to five years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience; extensive catering experience a plus; high volume, complex foodservice operations experience highly desirable; institutional and batch cooking experiences; hands-on chef experience; comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends; experience with computers and Microsoft Office applications; ServSafe certified highly desirable
