Position: EXECUTIVE CHEF I

About: An industry leading hospitality food service group, Unidine, is looking for an Executive Chef I to lead their culinary operations. Unidine is known for its commitment to scratch cooking and innovative dining programs across the nation. The Executive Chef will be responsible for ensuring daily kitchen operations’ success, showcasing culinary talents, and maximizing satisfaction and financial performance.

Requirements: A.S. or equivalent experience; Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience; Extensive catering experience a plus; High volume, complex foodservice operations experience highly desirable; Hands-on chefs experience a must; Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends; Must be experienced with computers, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Outlook, E-mail, and the Internet; ServSafe certified highly desirable
