Position: Executive Chef, Holiday Inn Squire Resort

About: The Squire at the Grand Canyon, a Holiday Inn Resort, is seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to oversee culinary operations in Tusayan, Arizona. This role provides the opportunity to lead a dedicated culinary team and create memorable dining experiences for guests in a beautiful Grand Canyon setting. Requirements: Minimum two years’ experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume industry-leading concept with five years’ culinary experience; Certificate or degree in Culinary Arts preferred; ServSafe Manager and Food Safety Handler certifications required; Strong financial and computer skills including P&Ls, budgeting, and Microsoft Office Suite; Ability to work a flexible schedule; Proven leadership skills in team management and performance improvement.
