Position: Executive Chef, Healthcare Culinary Services

About: Sodexo specializes in providing exceptional culinary experiences prioritizing quality, safety, and operational excellence in healthcare settings. The company is currently seeking an Executive Chef, Healthcare Culinary Services for Yale New Haven Hospital in New Haven, CT. Yale New Haven Hospital is a 1,541-bed facility and serves as the primary teaching hospital for the Yale Schools of Medicine and Nursing, encompassing the Smilow Cancer Hospital, Children’s Hospital, and Yale New Haven Psychiatric Hospital. Sodexo offers a comprehensive dining program transitioning to bedside service and multiple retail dining locations within the hospital.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare culinary operations; experience managing multi-level teams; expertise in food safety, quality control, and compliance; proven ability to manage budgets, inventory, and procurement; passion for team development; ability to commit long-term (5+ years) to program growth and evolution
