Position: Executive Chef – Full Service – Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront
About: Professional Hospitality Resources, Inc. and Ocean Beach Club LLC are seeking an Executive Chef to lead the Culinary Team in both restaurants and catering, ensuring food quality standards and guest satisfaction while operating within budget guidelines. The Executive Chef will create a culture of Culinary Excellence to meet the company’s missions and demonstrate leadership to manage the culinary team.
Requirements: High school diploma/GED required (two-year culinary degree preferred); 7+ years of experience in an executive kitchen position; Forbes 4-Diamond Experience Required; demonstrated knowledge of current restaurant industry trends; must possess culinary creativity; possess good leadership and organizational skills; be proficient in Word and Excel; strong knowledge of local, state, and federal food sanitation regulations; comfortable providing direction and supervision to kitchen staff; ability to work weekends, evening hours, and holidays
