Position: EXECUTIVE CHEF FOR BAY LAUREL CATERING & CENTRAL PRODUCTION KITCHEN
About: The University of Washington is seeking an Executive Chef for Bay Laurel Catering and Central Production Kitchen to provide culinary leadership in planning, coordinating, and executing menus for catered events, meal services, and commissary production. The position plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting business objectives set by the Assistant Director for Bay Laurel Catering and UW Athletics Dining.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, hotel and restaurant management, or certification by a recognized culinary institution; 4 years of executive chef-level management experience in culinary operations; proficiency in concept development, employee coaching, kitchen management, menu management, and direct-client contact; general computer knowledge.
