Position: Executive Chef- Fine Dining Restaurant

About: The Edgewater is Seattle’s only over-water hotel where rock’n’roll history meets Pacific Northwest luxury. A part of Noble House Hotels and Resorts, a curated collection of one-of-a-kind hotels, resorts, and adventures, providing exceptional service and memorable experiences. Six Seven Restaurant and Lounge, located inside The Edgewater, features seasonally inspired cuisine with organic ingredients and stunning views of Elliott Bay. They are currently seeking an Executive Chef to lead their culinary team in this iconic hotel.

Requirements: Banquet Chef and/or Sous Chef experience at a 4-star Hotel or Resort for a minimum of 4 years; successful track record leading a diverse staff; strength in holding staff accountable for day-to-day actions; union experience a plus
