Position: Executive Chef EL/IL
About: The Executive Chef at our assisted living and memory care communities is responsible for ensuring all meals served meet and exceed residents’ expectations. Leading a team to deliver high-quality, delicious, and nutritious food while upholding food safety, sanitation, and profitability goals.
Requirements: 2-year culinary degree or a minimum of 5 years’ related experience in a supervisory role; extensive food and beverage knowledge; excellent communication and management skills; customer-focused and able to work well under pressure; computer-savvy and willing to learn new technologies; SERVSafe certification preferred; willing to take and pass a drug screen and criminal background check
