Position: Executive Chef – Education Division
About: As an Executive Chef in the Education Division, this full-time position located in Central Massachusetts offers a salary range of $85K – $90K. The role entails leading and inspiring a talented kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary results, emphasizing excellence, continuous improvement, and creativity with the use of fresh, local, and sustainable ingredients. The Executive Chef will oversee all food services, develop seasonal menus, manage kitchen staff, and collaborate on menu development and special events.
Requirements: Ideal candidates will possess a culinary degree or certification, and/or eight to ten years of experience in a related position. They must have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in MS Office, ServSafe, and Allergen Awareness certifications.
