Position: Executive Chef – DUKE University

Proof S&E is the exclusive food & beverage provider for DUKE athletics, including the daily Athlete Dining area. They are currently seeking an Executive Chef for DUKE University in Durham, NC to lead culinary operations for DUKE Athletic events and the Student Athlete Dining area.
Requirements: Bachelors Degree in culinary arts, hospitality management, or equivalent; 5+ years experience in lead culinary roles, preferably in Sports & Entertainment/Stadium premium suites catering; Proven leadership abilities with a focus on creativity, customer satisfaction, and flavor profiles; Impeccable integrity and a willingness to live near or relocate to Durham, NC; Excellent listening, communication, and knife skills; Strong business acumen and the ability to manage a culinary team effectively
