About: Courtyard, a hotel designed specifically for business travelers, is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee various departments including Front Office, Business Center, Recreation/Health Club, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage/Culinary, and Engineering/Maintenance. The ideal candidate will drive guest and employee satisfaction, ensure adherence to standards and procedures, and lead the team to achieve property goals in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related field OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related field
