Position: Executive Chef – Couch Restaurants
About: Couch Restaurants is seeking an Executive Chef to lead and manage culinary operations in support of OU campus dining, overseeing staff development, menu planning, and ensuring high food quality and service standards are maintained. This position entails both administrative responsibilities and hands-on culinary work, including recipe creation and catering duties outside of regular hours.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required; 48 months of restaurant management experience; strong communication and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple responsibilities and competing priorities effectively; physical ability to handle demanding kitchen environments and work extended hours; Must be 18 years or older
