Position: Executive Chef Conventions & Banquets – Park MGM

Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age; Must currently hold or be able to obtain a Food Handlers card and a ServSafe Certificate; 2+ years of experience working in banquets or conventions in the food and beverage industry; 2+ years of experience in a kitchen leadership role in a high-volume environment; Previous experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
