Requirements: Five to seven years of experience in commercial cooking, including a minimum of two years in a management role; apprenticeship or certification from a culinary school is preferred; additional certifications or equivalent professional experience is a plus; knowledge of food and hygiene regulations (e.g. HACCP); financial understanding
