Position: Executive Chef | Bob’s Steak & Chop House

About: Omni Oklahoma City Hotel, a luxury 605-room convention center hotel located in downtown Oklahoma City next to the Paycom Center, Oklahoma Convention Center, and Scissortail Park, featuring various dining outlets, a spa, fitness center, rooftop pool and bar, and extensive meeting and event space.

Requirements: At least 4 years previous culinary management experience in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant operation required; steakhouse experience preferred. Proven culinary skills and ability to lead, develop, and motivate staff; creative with knowledge of new concepts and food trends. Basic mathematical skills, understanding of financial reports, and computer proficiency. Experience managing payroll and schedules. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; must maintain all food handler qualifications as required. Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs, push and pull carts weighing up to 75 lbs, stand for extended periods, and utilize culinary tools.
