Position: Executive Chef, Beach Club
About: The company is a luxury resort looking for a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary team in providing exceptional food service to guests. The ideal candidate should be able to oversee food production, maintain inventory, train staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role plays a crucial part in creating innovative menus, managing budgetary constraints, and delivering high-quality culinary experiences to guests and clients at the resort’s multiple dining outlets.
Requirements: Four-year college degree in a related field preferred; Culinary Degree preferred; At least eight years in a related field preferred; Minimum of four years in culinary management preferably in a similarly sized hotel; Must be able to obtain a state health department certificate for food safety, sanitation; CPR/First Aid certification required
