About: Sally Ann’s is a restaurant that focuses on creative, lighter fare for breakfast, lunch, and weekend brunch service. The menu features sandwiches, salads, and a fantastic brunch selection. They are currently looking for a talented, driven individual to join their team.
Requirements: 3+ years in a leadership position of a high volume kitchen; Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; Understanding of P&L statements, and ability to budget for BOH purchases and labor; Ability to identify and develop talent within the team; Passion for excellence and superior service standards; A positive attitude with a team player attitude; Must be able to bend, stand, and move for entire shift
