Position: Executive Chef
About: Aman New York is currently seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations at F&B 575 LLC, ensuring quality standards, staff performance, and guest satisfaction. The position offers an annual compensation rate of $150,000-$175,000.
Requirements: Culinary Arts degree preferred; 5+ years experience in a head chef or managerial kitchen position; Extensive experience in both Italian and Japanese cuisines is preferred; NYC Food Handler’s certification; Vast knowledge in culinary arts, including any new food trends; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excellent time management and organizational skills; Proven leadership and creative abilities inside the kitchen
