Position: Executive Chef 4
About: Sodexo Campus Services is looking for an Executive Chef 4 to join their team at the University at Albany Campus in Albany, NY. This role will oversee multiple dining facilities and catering operations, impacting all culinary operations with a focus on innovation, standards, and team development. The Executive Chef will be hands-on in the kitchen, ensuring recipe execution, safety, and sanitation, and managing back-of-house operations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; 5 years of management experience; 3 years of functional experience in culinary operations; passion for food and innovation; outstanding culinary background with leadership experience; excellent communication and coaching skills
