Position: Executive Chef 3, Campus
About: Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef for a University in the Philadelphia, PA region. The successful candidate will directly impact all culinary operations by overseeing culinary innovation, standards, and programs, as well as supporting, training, and developing executive chefs and their teams. This position manages all aspects of back-of-the-house operations, including ordering, inventory, staff training, and development, and is significantly involved in sustainability and local purchasing programs.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; 3 years of management experience; 3 years of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
