The Executive Chef 3 position is located in Detroit, MI, at Wayne State University, overseeing retail units, resident dining hall, and catering operations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; 3 years of management experience; 3 years of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
