Position: Executive Chef 3
About: Sodexo, a leading food services and facilities management company, is seeking an Executive Chef 3 for a bustling account in New York, NY. The Executive Chef 3 will report to the Client Executive, providing culinary leadership, menu planning, and program execution, ensuring kitchen operations run smoothly, patient satisfaction is maintained, and food safety standards are upheld.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; 3 years of basic management experience; 3 years of basic functional experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, and mall food courts; prior union management experience in a high-volume hospitality unit; menu planning expertise and understanding of culinary trends; proficient computer skills; NY health certificate and knowledge of HAACP standards
