Position: Executive Chef 3
About: Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 3 for a busy account located in New York, NY. The Executive Chef 3 will report to the Client Executive, providing culinary leadership through menu planning and program execution while maintaining kitchen operations. The role involves driving patient satisfaction through patient feeding and ensuring food safety. Ideal candidates should have prior union management experience in a large high-volume hospitality unit, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; 3 years of basic management experience; 3 years of basic functional experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
