Position: Executive Chef 3
About: Sodexo at The College of New Jersey is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all Food and Beverage operations in Retail and Catering locations. The role requires creativity, innovation, and a strong understanding of operational finances. The Executive Chef will work with a unionized employee base, interact with clients and students, and collaborate closely with culinary and management staff.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; 3 years of management experience; 3 years of work experience in food or culinary services, including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
