Position: Executive Chef 3
About: Sodexo, a leading food services and facilities management company, is seeking an Executive Chef for The College of New Jersey. The Executive Chef will oversee all Food and Beverage operations in retail and catering locations, working in a unionized environment with a focus on client and student interactions. This role requires creativity, innovation, and a strong understanding of operational finances, as well as collaboration with culinary and management staff.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; 3 years of basic management and functional experience in food or culinary services; strong culinary background with knowledge of culinary trends; excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and employee development skills; passion for food and innovation
