Position: Executive Chef 3
About: Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef at The College of New Jersey! The Executive Chef will be responsible for all Food and Beverage in all Retail and Catering locations, must be creative, innovative and have a strong understanding of operational finances. The employee base is unionized, and there is a lot of client/student interaction. The candidate must be visible during meal periods and work closely with all culinary and management staff.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; 3 years of basic management experience; 3 years of basic functional experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
