About: Sodexo Campus Segment has a great opportunity for an Executive Chef 3 at Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, CT. The university, part of the Connecticut State University System, was founded in 1893. The Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations and lead culinary teams in a dynamic environment.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; 3 years of management experience; 3 years of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
