Position: Executive Chef 2 Commissary
About: Nourish NYC is looking for an Executive Chef – Commissary to join our culinary team at our Commissary in Long Island City, New York. We are seeking a leader who can adapt to an ever-changing culture and client base, enjoys challenges, and can mentor a team to create amazing food from high-quality ingredients to refresh, energize, and inspire our guests. The Executive Chef Commissary will oversee daily production, food cost management, training of culinary staff, and food safety with a focus on excellent food, keeping services fresh and updated based on current trends.
Requirements: Minimum education requirement – Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; Minimum management experience – 2 years; Minimum functional experience – 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
