Position: Executive Chef 2
About: Sodexo Senior Living, located in Flourtown, Pennsylvania, near Philadelphia, is a highly regarded inclusive Catholic community serving the Sisters of Saint Joseph, the general public, the clergy, and members of other religious communities. The Villa provides skilled nursing, memory care, short-term rehab care, and independent living. This position will oversee the culinary operations service of approximately 300 residents daily, with a focus on strong culinary knowledge and special diets. The Executive Chef 2 will report to the General Manager and manage a staff of approximately 20 hourly employees, working varying shifts between opening and closing with weekend coverage.
Requirements: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; 2 years of management experience; 2 years of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
