St. Joseph Villa in Flourtown, Pennsylvania, near Philadelphia, is known for excellent care and service, serving approximately 300 residents daily.
Requirements: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; 2 years of management experience; 2 years of work experience in food or culinary services; strong culinary background; excellent leadership and communication skills; strong management skills; experience in a healthcare culinary environment; menu planning expertise; multitasking ability; understanding of forecasting, food cost management, purchasing, inventory, and labor management; team leadership and training skills; problem-solving and project management abilities; computer proficiency, organizational, and customer service skills; Servsafe certified with knowledge of HACCP and experience with Health and Safety audits
