Position: Executive Chef 2
About: Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 2 for USC Norris in Los Angeles, CA. This executive chef position will oversee the food production for patients, retail, and catering events. The patient services meal program is cook chill with the HealthTouch application for meal order placement. The position will also involve picking up food supplies from the adjacent hospital, Keck Medical Center, requiring a valid driver’s license and acceptable driver’s record check. The approximate schedule for this role is Tuesday – Saturday starting at 5:00AM.
Requirements: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required; 2 years of management experience; 2 years of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
