Position: Executive Chef 2
About: Sodexo is seeking an experienced Executive Chef 2 for Texas Southern University located in Houston, TX. This position will oversee food production operations for two dining halls and a very active campus catering department. The Executive Chef will be responsible for product purchasing, inventory control, and supervising a team of 50-70 hourly employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in kitchen management, menu development, inventory control, and special dietary requirements.
Requirements: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; 2 years of management experience; 2 years of work experience in food or culinary services; Strong leadership, communication, and management skills
