About: Sodexo, a leading food service and facilities management company, is seeking an Executive Chef for Comanche County Memorial Hospital in Lawton, OK. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in HACCP and food production, with experience in patient tray-line service.
Requirements: Minimum education requirement: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; Minimum management experience: 2 years; Minimum functional experience: 2 years in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
