Position: Executive Chef 2
About: Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef to join our team at Miami Jewish Health in Miami. Requirements: Basic Education Requirement – Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; Basic Management Experience – 2 years; Basic Functional Experience – 2 years in food or culinary services; Culinary degree desired and a C.E.C. (Certified Executive Chef) preferred. Previous culinary experience in a Kosher kitchen preferred; High-end catering experience and bilingual abilities are a plus; Able to manage multiple priorities, supervise a culinary team, and make sound business decisions within company guidelines; Knowledgeable in compliance to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
