Position: Executive Chef 2
About: Sodexo’s Campus Segment is looking for an Executive Chef 2 to join the team at Champlain College in Burlington, VT. Champlain College is a private college in Burlington, Vermont. The Executive Chef will lead production in a fast-paced environment, manage a resident dining operation, and catering production. They will be hands-on in menu planning, labor schedules, production, and more, ensuring Sodexo Standards are met.
Requirements: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; 2 years of management experience; 2 years of functional experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
