Position: Executive Chef 2
About: Sodexo, a leading food services and facilities management company, is seeking an Executive Chef at Central State University in Wilberforce, OH. Central State University is an HBCU (Historically Black College/University) located 35 minutes from Springfield and Dayton. The Executive Chef will oversee culinary operations for the residential dining hall, retail outlets, and catering services on campus catering to over 1500 students.
Requirements: Minimum education requirement – Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; Minimum management experience – 2 years; Minimum functional experience – 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
