Position: Executive Chef 2
About: Sodexo at Centinela Hospital in Inglewood, CA is seeking an experienced Executive Chef 2 to implement culinary systems, manage procurement, enhance catering services, and maintain high standards in a hospital setting.
Requirements: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; 2 years of management experience; 2 years of work experience in food or culinary services; strong culinary background; excellent leadership and communication skills; previous experience in high-volume facilities; menu planning experience; understanding of forecasting, food cost management, purchasing, inventory, and labor management concepts; proficient computer skills; exceptional organizational and customer service skills
