Position: Executive Chef 2
About: Sodexo is seeking an Executive Catering Chef 2 for North Carolina A&T University located in Greensboro, North Carolina. The Executive Chef will assist in overseeing the culinary functions of multiple departments of food service on campus, including a high-volume catering department, a large dining restaurant, and multiple retail venue concepts. North Carolina A&T State University is the largest HBCU in the nation, with over 13,000 students and a focus on academic and foodservice growth. Sodexo-Aggie Dining manages various dining brands and concepts on campus, including 2 main dining facilities and a full-service catering department.
Requirements: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; 2 years of basic management experience; 2 years of basic functional experience in food or culinary services; strong culinary background with demonstrated ability to stay current with culinary trends; excellent leadership and communication skills; strong coaching and employee development skills; passion for food and innovation
