Position: Executive Chef 2
About: Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 2 for Hoag Hospital- Irvine located in Irvine, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and standardizing all culinary systems and procedures for the hospital, including catering, retail menus, LTOs, STG, mindful, and more. They will also oversee FMS monitoring, audits, procurement, and innovation in retail, catering, and patient services.
Requirements: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; 2 years of basic management experience; 2 years of basic functional experience in food or culinary services; strong culinary background with a focus on staying current with new culinary trends; production culinary experience in an upscale environment; menu planning expertise; proficient computer skills; Servsafe certified with knowledge of HACCP and Health and Safety audits
